Thanks! Brenda<br /><br />Hi, Thanks for watching my video for the French Bread. I would think a light dusting of Rice Flour or any other Gluten Free Flour would work. I have never swapped out eggs with an egg replacement but I have read good reviews about the products!! Never give up... keep on trying,,, I have had many failed breads,, spent all that time making the video only to have the bread come out not as I had hope,,,, then I delete my camera and try again another day. One of the most important things that has helped me is getting a digital thermometer. Let me know if you make the bread and how it turned out.
