Air Fryer Pork Tenderloin
1 to 1-1/2# Pork Tenderloin
Lightly drizzle with Extra Virgin Olive
Oil
Season with spices of choice and taste.
I used
Salt
Black Pepper
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Smoked Paprika
Season first side rub in, turn over and
repeat
Cover with Plastic Wrap for 1 hour
leaving at room temperature
You can also season it earlier in the
day, cover, place in refrigerator, remove from refrigerator 1 hour
before cooking.
Line the Air Fryer basket with Foil
(This is for easy cleaning) leave a small space not covered with the
foil to allow air flow.
No need to Preheat the Air Fryer
Place the Pork Tenderloin on the foil
lined pan. I usually have to curve the Pork Tenderloin to fit.
Bake 360* for 15 minutes.
Glaze the Pork Tenderloin with any
sauce/glaze of your choice.
I used
Iron Chef General Tso's Glazing Sauce
Turn the Pork Tenderloin over and glaze
the second side
Place back in the Air Fryer and cook an
additional 10 minutes or until done.
Check with a digital thermometer. When
it reached an internal temperature of 160* it is done.
If the roast is larger adjust the time.
Do not over cook otherwise it will be dry.
Remove from the pan and place on a
cutting board and tent with Aluminum Foil for 10 minutes. This helps
to keep it moist.
Slice and Serve
