Place the Pie Crust into a deep dish Pie Plate. Crimp the edges.

Preheat oven to 350*

In a large bowl whisk together:
5 Eggs
1 Cup Milk
To taste:
Salt
Pepper
Dry Mustard

Thaw a 10 oz package of Chopped Spinach.
Squeeze the excess water out with a paper towel. Make sure the Spinach is dry.

Sprinkle the bottom of the Pie Crust with the Spinach.
Top with 1 Cup Chopped Ham
¾ cups Finely Shredded Swiss Cheese (you will need a total of 1-1/2 cups)
Pour the Egg Mixture on top.
Sprinkle with:
¾ Cup more of Finely Shredded Swiss Cheese

Place the Pie Plate onto a Pizza Pan in case it spills over.

Bake for 50-60 Minutes
or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.

If the Crust starts to brown to quickly,, cover the edges with Tin Foil.

Cool for 10-15 Minutes before serving.
