Air Fryer Teriyaki Chicken Wings ~ Gluten Free

Air Fryer Teriyaki Chicken Wings ~ Great Super Bowl Snack

We absolutely love how good Chicken Wings come out of an Air Fryer. They are easy to make and are delicious.

I made the Chicken Wings Gluten Free using Gluten Free Tamari Sauce.

These will make a great Super Bowl Snack.

Air Fryer Teriyaki Chicken Wings

I bought Frozen Chicken Wings that the Tips were cut off and they were cut into sections. Defrost over night in the Refrigerator.

I used 6 Defrosted Chicken wings a total of 12 Pieces
Rinse in a Colander and dry with a paper towel.

Place in a Food Storage Baggie
Pour in the Marinate and mix around so that all the chicken wings are coated
¾ Cup of Tamari Gluten Free Soy Sauce (I Used San-J) or use Soy Sauce
¼ Cup Orange Juice
Garlic Paste to taste
Ginger Paste to taste
Marinate 1-2 hours turning every 15 minutes

Line the Air Fryer basket with foil leaving a 1” gap open on all sides.
Pre-heat Air Fryer to 350* for 5 minutes
Spray the foil and pan lightly with cooking spray. I use a mister.
Layer the Wings in the Pan

Air Fry for 10 minutes then turn the wings over
Continue another 10 minutes turn over again
Check in 5 minutes to see if they are done.
I use a digital Thermometer. Cook until 165* internal temperature.

Mine took 25 minutes.

ENJOY!

  1. Great post. Air fryer is a device that can cook food. It circulates air around food and makes the food fat free. I can prepare rice, sauce and stir fry with this fry. That’s the perfect fryer. I can get my desired food ready within a short time. That why I love my air fryer. Thanks for your info before buying air fryers we should read the reviews of products. read more
