This is a wonderful Salad on a hot night. It has been in the 90's the past 2 days. I made this Salad to go along with our dinner. Its super simple to make and taste really good.
Strawberry Mozzarella Salad:
Chop up Romaine Lettuce,,clean,, I use a salad spinner to dry the lettuce
Place desired amount of the following in a Salad bowl:
Romaine Lettuce
Sliced Strawberries
Diced Fresh Mozzarella Cheese
Chopped Walnuts
Parsley,, Fresh or Dried
Dressing:
Mix to your taste
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Balsamic Vinegar
Salt and Pepper
Give it a good shake and pour desired amount on the Salad
ENJOY!!
