Flaxseed Wrap ~ Gluten Free ~ Paelo ~ Low Carb

Flaxseed Wrap ~ Gluten Free ~ Paelo ~ Low Carb:

3 Tbl. Ground Flax Seed Meal

¼ tsp. Baking Powder

Pinch of Salt

You can add spices of your choice: I did not ¼ tsp. Onion Powder ~ ¼ tsp. Paprika

1 Tbl. Coconut Oil, Melted

1 Tbl. Water

1 Egg

Combine the Dry ingredients in a small bowl.

Stir in the Coconut Oil

Beat in the Egg and Water

Grease with Coconut Oil a Microwave Safe Glass or Plastic Plate that has a Lip. I used a Dinner Plate

Pour the batter onto the Plate and use a rubber spatula to spread it out evenly.

Microwave on high 2-3 minutes: (Depending on how Hot your Microwave is)

Let it cool on the plate 3-5 Minutes

Remove Carefully with a Spatula

Turn over and fill as desired.

I filled mine with:

Shredded Swiss Cheese

One Egg: cooked like an omelet but not folded

Brown up a few piece of thinly sliced Ham.

Roll up the Flaxseed Wrap. Let sit for a few minutes to melt the Cheese.

I have also spread the cooled Wrap with some Cream Cheese and topped it with Sliced Strawberries and Blueberries!
