Air Fryer Roasted Potatoes

Air Fryer Roasted Potatoes

Use any Potatoes of your choice
I used a bag of “The Little Potato Company”
If they are small cut in half,  if larger cut into bite size pieces
Rinse under cold water in a colander and towel dry

Place into a large bowl and season with spices that accompany your meal
I used spices to taste:
Onion Powder
Garlic Powder
Black Pepper
Salt

You only need a little oil. Do not drown in oil.
½ Tablespoon Vegetable Oil (or oil of your choice) ~ just lightly coated in oil.

I have a Philips Air Fryer
You do not need to Pre-heat

Place the Potatoes into the Air Fryer Basket
Set the Air Fryer to 375*
Roast for 10 minutes
Shake/Toss the Potatoes
Place back into the Air Fryer
Check every 5 minutes Shake/Toss every 5 minutes until done
Takes about 25 minutes or until Golden Brown depending on the size of the potatoes and how crispy you would like them.

ENJOY!

Air Fryer Boneless Pork Chops

Air Fryer Boneless Pork Chops

These are the best Boneless Pork Chops that I have ever had.
They cook up fast in the Air Fryer and are nice and moist.

2 – 6/8 ounce Boneless Pork Chops

Drizzle each chop with a little bit of EVOO
Season to taste with
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Salt and Pepper
Cumin Powder
Hot Paprika (Or any kind of Paprika)
Rub the spices onto both sides of the Chops
Marinate for 1 Hour covered

Preheat Air Fryer using the Grill Pan for 5 Minutes to 350*
(You can use the basket if you don't have a grill pan)

Spray the Pan lightly with Oil (Not Pam Spray)

Place Chops on the Grill Pan
First side 6-7 Minutes
Turn
Second side 6-8 minutes or until reaches internal temp of 145*

You don't want to over cook the chops. I start checking them at 5 minutes after I turn the second side. Timing all depends on how thick the chops are.

Remove from the pan and place on a plate cover with foil. Rest 5-10 minutes this helps to make the chops stay nice and moist.

I'm using the
Philips Air Fryer
Model HD9621
I bought it at Bed Bath and Beyond. I'm not sponsored or being paid by Bed Bath and Beyond or Philips. I'm just sharing what I am using.

Air Fryer Apple Chips

Air Fryer Apple Chips

Wash 2 apples of your choice

I like to use Pink Lady's

Use an Apple Corer to remove just the ends of the core/stem

Its not necessary to core the entire apple

Use a Mandolin set on the thinnest slicer

Slice both apples

The seeds will pop out easily.

Optional you can lightly sprinkle Cinnamon or Pumpkin Pie Spice on each slice

We have found the Apples have enough flavor without the spice.

It is not necessary to mist the Apple Chips with Oil

Place the Apple Slices into the Air Fryer Basket; over lapping them

It is not necessary to preheat the Air Fryer

Place the basket into the Air Fryer

Set at 325*

Cook for 10 Minutes

Use a fork to turn the Apples

Cook another 10 Minutes turn again

The Apple Chips can burn quickly

Now check the Apples every 5 Minutes

turning and taking out any that are done

Continue cooking until all Apple Chips are done

It takes an average 35-40 minutes total to cook

Place the Apple Chips on a wire rack to cool completely

Its important to keep an eye on them so that they do not burn

Sometimes a few may stick together. Separate them and continue to cook until done.

I store mine in a bowl uncovered.

We eat them quickly but I have made them and they stayed crisp for 5 days as long as they are not covered. I'm sure they will stay crisp even past 5 days. By then we have eaten them all.
