You can use left over Chicken if you have it

I used:
3 Boneless -- Skinless Breast of Chicken
Sliced into thin Stripes/Chunks
Season with: (to your taste)
Salt
Pepper
Onion Powder
Garlic Powder
Place in a Ziplock bag
Add a splash of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Marinate in the Refrigerator for a couple of hours.

Heat up a Skillet:
Add the Chicken and Spices..adding more Olive Oil so the Chicken doesn't stick
When almost done add Fresh garlic to your taste
Make sure Chicken is completely cooked
Place chicken into a bowl

1- 4oz can of Mushrooms Sliced/Chopped
Using the same Skillet that you browned the chicken in
add a dash of Olive Oil and Mushrooms
add garlic to taste
Brown up
Add:
10 oz. Package of thawed Chopped Spinach. Squeeze out the liquid using paper towels.
Heat the spinach in with the Mushrooms and garlic..no need to add more oil,, keep it dry. Only takes a minute to cook.

Have oven Pre-heated to 425*
Using 2 Pizza Pans..spread out the Pizza Dough (Following directions in my video link)
Cook the Pizza Crust for 7-9 minutes.. it is not fully cooked at this point
Take it out of the oven
Top each crust with half a jar of Alfredo Sauce.
I used a 15 oz Jar of Bertolli Garlic Alfredo Sauce with Aged Parmesan Cheese
***Please see Footnote***
Use whatever Brand you like or make it homemade

Top each pizza with half the cooked chicken
Then top with half the cooked Spinach/Mushrooms/Garlic

Top with any amount of your choice
Parmesan Cheese
Mozzarella Cheese

I finished baking my Pizza on a pre-heated Pizza stone for a crispy crust.
If you don't have a Pizza stone then continue baking on the pizza pan.
Slid the pizza onto the Pizza stone.
I dont have a pizza paddle
I take a rimless cookie sheet..sprinkle with some cornmeal..slid that under the Pizza Crust
Then Slid onto the Pizza Stone
Be careful because its very hot!!

Continue baking until done
Approx: 22-25 minutes or until done (Making sure dough is cooked and cheese melted)
Remove from the oven

Slice and place of a wire wrack so the crust does not get soggy

Serve and Enjoy!
